Alexander William Salter is an associate professor of economics in the Rawls College of Business at Texas Tech University. He is also the Comparative Economics Research Fellow at TTU's Free Market Institute. His scholarly articles on the law and economics of space policy have been published in the Stanford Technology Law Review, the Journal of Air Law and Commerce, the Georgia Journal of International and Comparative Law, and the Cato Journal.
