With 23 years of firsthand experience in trucking and logistics operations, Blake has spent his career crafting a solution to one of the industry's biggest hidden problems seemingly too fractionalized to solve: the amount of productive truck and driver time lost to waiting.
Through NoDwell, he is building a technology-enabled model designed to exchange dock wait for miles, improving asset utilization, driver wage, turnover, throughput and margins for all. NoDwell does this by making drop-and-hook as well as flexible local execution more accessible. His approach combines real-world logistics experience, data, automation, and AI to create practical solutions with measurable operational and financial results.
