Brad Hicks is President of Highway Services and Executive Vice President of People at J.B. Hunt Transport Services, Inc.
In 1995, Brad received a Bachelor of Science degree from Purdue University’s School of Technology and began his career with J.B. Hunt as a Management Trainee. Brad has worked in customer service, operations and sales and held multiple leadership positions at J.B. Hunt. He was named Executive Vice President of Dedicated Contract Services in 2017 and helped expand the business segment by strengthening relationships with existing clients and embracing new business opportunities.
In 2020, Brad was appointed President of Highway Services and has since taken on additional leadership as Executive Vice President of People. He utilizes his vast experience and leadership skills to help accelerate the growth of Highway Services so that technology investments align with the company’s ability to provide comprehensive asset and non-asset-based solutions. Brad is also responsible for championing the company’s efforts to empower and support employees through talent, training, benefits, and policy management, among other key areas. Additionally, he leads the strategic direction of the company’s inclusion efforts to promote growth and innovation.
