Brian Armieri is the co-founder and chief data scientist at Third Axiom Solutions, a transportation analytics software company that breaks down the complexities of transportation data to deliver revenue-impacting insights to third-party logistics providers. Brian has worked with transportation data since the early 2000s as the CTO at MercuryGate Intl., and he recently earned a data science certification from MIT. When software-as-a-service companies first started, business intelligence was just a buzz word and analytics was often limited to reporting on historical data. Today, data intelligence has evolved into an accessible and affordable science that enables companies to find value in data-driven processes. Brian is committed to bringing these technologies to 3PLs of all sizes and with a wide range of budgets.
Brian's 35+ year software career includes positions at Accenture and Cornell University as a developer and as a founder and C-suite leader at multiple startups. Brian’s passion is creating excellent software products and delivering software solutions at the intersection of transportation, technology, data visualization, and data science.
