Charles Odom is a logistics professional with 15+ years of proven success in global logistics sales and operations. He has 7 years of field operations, logistics, and supply chain management experience in remote frontier locations while living in various countries across Sub-Saharan Africa. He has a strategic focus on customer requirements, compliance, talent development, logistics technology, nonconventional and offshore project management experience. Charles began his career in logistics as a driver while obtaining his undergraduate degree at the University of Georgia in 2006 and has completed several executive leadership courses at the Texas A&M Mays Business School. He worked in positions at Forward Air, Pilot, and Lynden before joining Halliburton in 2013. He is currently serving as the Director of Logistics at Halliburton’s corporate headquarters in Houston, TX with responsibility overseeing over +1m domestic and +250k international logistics movements annually.
