Clayton Griffin is the Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) of OTR Solutions, an industry-leading provider of factoring and trucking centric technology solutions. As CSO, Clayton helps develop and implement solutions, products, services, and partnerships that serve to provide market-leading value to OTR's vast network of carrier and broker customers. In close coordination with OTR's executive team, Clayton helps drive the company's strategic vision, analyze M&A opportunities, and guide the company toward long-term growth.
Since joining OTR Solutions (then OTR Capital) in 2012, Clayton has held multiple leadership roles including Finance Manager, VP, and Director of Finance and remains focused on keeping OTR on the forefront of technology and value driven services within the entire freight and logistics ecosystem.
