Cormac Gilligan is the Global Vice President of Environment, Health & Safety for PepsiCo. In this role he is responsible for the development and execution of PepsiCo’s EHS strategy designed to ensure the safety of 250,000+ employees and to ensure that PepsiCo operations are focused on protecting the environment. Cormac leads a dedicated team of subject matter experts who lead the creation of global EH&S risk control, capability and governance programs. Cormac ensures appropriate leadership alignment and resource allocation through engagement with the PepsiCo Risk Committee and the Board of Directors and is a sitting member on the PepsiCo Human Rights Committee. Cormac has over 20 years of EHS execution and leadership experience and has been with PepsiCo for 13 years serving in various EHS leadership roles in Europe then Asia Middle East, Africa and the US.
