Former freight broker and social worker, Danielle Chaffin brings a unique blend of experiences to her role as Revenova's Sales Engineer. She is passionate about bridging the gap between technology and human needs.Driven by her fundamental belief that customers are the top priority, she has led strategic customer journey initiatives and created the Revenova Learning Center during her five years at Revenova.
Danielle's transportation journey began in childhood, influenced by her father and grandfather, seasoned truck drivers, and industry experts. Intrigued by the intersection of technology, communication, and human relationships, she employs a creative yet empathetic approach to drive exceptional client experiences.
Danielle holds a Master of Social Work from Tennessee State University and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Troy University. Outside of work, she cherishes time spent with her two energetic boys, Ezra (7) and Judah (2).
