David Parker is the founder and CEO of Covenant Logistics Group. He has been in the trucking industry since the age of 17, when he worked full-time for his father's trucking company. In 1986, after much preparation and prayer, Parker founded a trucking company called Covenant Transport. After 40 years and several acquisitions, Covenant Logistics Group has grown into a $1+ billion enterprise with a network of over 3,000+ trucks, 5,500+ trailers, six million+ square feet of warehouse space spanning coast to coast, and a Managed Freight Division to "meet any need." David has been married to his wife, Jacqueline, for 50 years. Together, they have two children and one grandson.
