Dennis L. Anderson II was named Chief Customer Officer for ArcBest Corporation® in April 2020. In this role, he oversees the company’s customer focus, customer engagement efforts and growth strategy, with responsibility for the associated functions of sales, customer solutions, marketing, strategy and customer experience.
He previously served as Chief Customer Experience Officer from January 2017 to April 2020 and as Vice President – Strategy from February 2014 to December 2016. Prior to that, Dennis was Director – Strategic Planning for ArcBest® and previously held positions at ArcBest company ABF Freight®, including Pricing Manager and Pricing Analyst.
Dennis joined the company in 2003 after beginning his career at Walmart Logistics, a division of Walmart Stores Inc.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from the University of Arkansas.
