Elise Gosch has been with Union Pacific for over 18 years and has held a variety of leadership roles in Marketing & Sales in the Intermodal, Bulk, Industrial and Strategy divisions. She has a focus on data analytics, customer experience initiatives and motivating teams.
She is currently the Assistant Vice President – Intermodal Sales for Union Pacific Railroad. In this role, she is responsible for leading the International and Domestic Intermodal sales teams, with a focus on long-term growth and on Union Pacific’s Intermodal customers.
Gosch serves in a leadership role for EASE, a disability supporting employee resource group at Union Pacific, and outside of work, Gosch is an active member of the Foundation for Angelman Syndrome Therapeutics and The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of South Dakota in 2003. She and her husband, Christopher, live in Omaha, Nebraska
