Gaurang has spent his entire 20+ year career providing mergers and acquisitions advisory services for leading private equity groups, Fortune 500 companies, successful entrepreneurs and private business owners. He leads Lincoln’s North American logistics and transportation sector and has broad expertise across a range of sub-sectors including 3PL/4PL services, aftermarket services, aviation services, e-commerce fulfilment, freight forwarding, intermodal/drayage, last mile logistics, marine service, pallet management, rail services, reverse logistics and warehousing and distribution. Gaurang is a frequent contributor to leading media publications including Bloomberg Radio, Inbound Logistics and Transport Topics, among others.
Prior to joining Lincoln, Gaurang worked as an Analyst in the Investment Banking Division at Citigroup and as Head of Corporate Development for Clover Technologies Group, a more than $1 billion provider of reverse logistics/aftermarket solutions, previously owned by Golden Gate Capital.
Gaurang earned a Master of Business Administration from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Illinois, where he graduated with highest honors and the Bronze Tablet distinction (awarded to the top 3% of students in each graduating class).
