Henrik Bergsager is a seasoned executive with a proven track record in driving growth, developing organizational strategies, and spearheading successful partnerships. As the Head of Sales of Powerhouse AI, a Y Combinator W22 company based in New York City, Henrik leads the development and execution of growth and revenue generative strategies.
Prior to his current role, Henrik served as the Chief Operating Officer at 24SevenOffice US Inc., representing the North American operations of 24SevenOffice AB. During his tenure, Henrik achieved remarkable milestones, including expanding the North American team, achieving 100% year-over-year annual recurring revenue growth, and securing significant partnership agreements with Fortune 500 companies in the U.S. His leadership also contributed to the successful sale and implementation of complex ERP solutions across various industries.
With a strong academic background, Henrik holds a Master of East Asian Studies from the University of Oslo, where he published research papers on topics ranging from China's oil policy to Sino-Russian relations. Fluent in Norwegian and English, and intermediate in Chinese (Mandarin), Henrik brings a global perspective to his work. Henrik's commitment to research is evident from his time as a Research Fellow at the Fridtjof Nansen Institute in Oslo, Norway, where he published several papers and organized workshops on topics related to China's economic growth, energy policies, and geopolitical interests in the High North/Arctic region.
