Jack graduated from Northwestern University in 2021 with a degree in Journalism and a certificate in Integrated Marketing Communications. Currently, he covers last mile delivery, warehousing, supply chain automation and e-commerce fulfillment for FreightWaves and Modern Shipper. He previously wrote for Backpacker Magazine and Mxdwn Music and is passionate about worker empowerment in the logistics and transportation industries.
