Jessica Hale is the Group VP of Customer Success at FreightWaves SONAR. Hale has spent her entire career servicing customers, creating operational processes, and leading customer-facing teams. She is passionate about creating a positive experience for the entirety of the customer's life cycle, while teaching them to utilize data and tools to become more proactive.
Prior to joining the SONAR team in 2019, Hale managed a Customer Service team at a large asset-based brokerage firm where she learned, appreciated, and fell in love with transportation. Hale earned her degree in Marketing and Communications at University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. She lives in Ooltewah, TN with her husband and two kids.
