John D. Porcari is Port Envoy to the President’s Cabinet-level Supply Chain Disruptions Task Force. He previously served as Deputy Secretary and Chief Operating Officer of the US Department of Transportation in the Obama administration. Other public sector experience includes twice serving as Secretary of the Maryland Department of Transportation, with operational responsibility for airport, port, highway, transit, motor vehicle administration and bridge & tunnel authority functions. In the private sector, Porcari’s C-suite experience includes the planning, design, finance and construction of some of America’s most challenging infrastructure projects.
