Josh Bouk is the president for Trax Technologies, the global leader in Transportation Spend Management (TSM) solutions. Bouk is responsible for leading the company in delivery of industry-leading growth and value creation for the market and delivery of world-class service and results for Trax customers.
Before joining Trax, Bouk served as VP of Global Sales & Marketing for the Expense Management Division of Cass Information Systems. He also led the growth of Veramark Technologies, completing three strategic acquisitions and establishing a new brand, Calero Software.
Bouk enjoys creating growth, building teams and nurturing long-term customer relationships by driving strategic alignment and establishing processes that consistently exceed expectations. He has spurred measurable returns for shareholders and employees for over 20 years by structuring and enthusing holistic cultures that drive sustained growth.
He is a graduate of SUNY Brockport, with B.S. degrees in Computer Science and Mathematics. Bouk lives in Atlanta, GA with his wife, three teenagers and two dogs.
