Joy Tuffield joined Generation Investment Management in 2013 and is a member of the Growth Equity strategy. Previously, Joy was an investment banking analyst at Jefferies International and a research analyst in the energy, environment and resources department of Chatham House (The Royal Institute of International Affairs). Joy received a master’s degree in Physics and Philosophy from Oxford University. Joy serves on the board of Convoy and is fluent in Farsi.
