Kristin LeBlanc is the Head of Marketing and Acquisition for Amazon Freight Partner (AFP)—a global program within Amazon’s middle mile transportation network. She leads the organization that is responsible for attracting and recruiting new partners to the program, and develops content and go-to-market strategies for the existing partner base to drive engagement and build a successful partner community.
Kristin and her team have been instrumental to driving program growth for Amazon Freight Partner. Since launching in 2020, the program has grown from 2 to 6 countries globally, and has expanded from 13 partners to over 300 partners, who employ over 7K drivers and have driven over 650MM miles. Kristin also oversees programs and initiatives to improve Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEI&B) within the transportation industry.
Kristin has nearly 20 years of experience in marketing, acquisition, events, and partnerships at technology companies, and has held several leadership roles across Amazon over the last 8 years, building and leading teams in Fashion, Video, and Alexa, prior to joining the middle mile in 2020. Prior to her time at Amazon, Kristin held marketing roles at AT&T, Microsoft, and more. A University of Washington graduate from the Seattle area, Kristin enjoys activities that get her outside and on the water.
