Mickey’s passion for business building and marketing stems from a natural curiosity, a honed approach to problem solving, and the ability to translate business objectives into actionable marketing plans and ideas. Mickey currently serves as an Executive Director at The Sasha Group, a VaynerX company, where he leads the Chattanooga office. Prior to his current role, Mickey joined VaynerMedia in NYC as one of its earliest employees in 2011, helping to grow the company from a small social media start-up to recognized leader in the advertising industry at large, and from 2015-2018, opening the company’s “off the coast” office in Chattanooga, TN. In Q1 2019, that team joined other VanyerX teammates to form The Sasha Group, the consultancy-meets-agency that helps ambitious leaders -- from funded startups to established businesses -- build strong brands that can flex with the times..
Prior to the VaynerX family, Mickey began his career in NYC in Account Management & Strategy at various advertising agencies, experiencing all that the holding companies & boutique firms alike have to offer.
