Gowen began his career with J.B. Hunt in 1994. He spent his early years in Dedicated Contract Services, eventually moving into an engineering capacity at the corporate headquarters. In 2006, he joined Intermodal and served in both operational and pricing roles. Nick transitioned into brokerage with Integrated Capacity Solutions in the summer of 2012. He assumed responsibility for all dry van brokerage in 2017. He is now SVP of Marketplace.
