Shanti is a Senior Program Manager for Supplier Diversity at Amazon. Shanti has been with Amazon for over 10 years and has worked in multiple roles throughout Operations, Transportation, and Procurement. She started out her career as an Area Manager working in an Amazon sort center and after 4 years in Operations she transitioned to Amazon Transportation Services, managing carrier performance and capacity for Amazon Relay. Shanti them moved into managing the Relay’s Value Added Services program which is designed to help Relay carriers reduce their operating expenses by providing discounts with leading providers of fuel, tires, vehicle rentals, maintenance, insurance, and more!
Shanti recently joined the ATS Supplier Diversity and Inclusion Program which is focused on promoting diversity certifications with Relay carriers and increasing the amount spent with certified diverse and small owned businesses. The program also offers reimbursement for certification fees to eligible carriers.
Outside of work, Shanti is a personal finance enthusiast who loves to travel, try new foods, and spend time with her husband and 1-year old son.
