He also hosts the industry’s leading M&A podcast, In the Hot Seat, where he interviews top executives, investors, and innovators shaping the future of supply chain.
Before leading Tenney Group, Spencer worked in healthcare and owned a music publishing company, giving him unique perspectives on business, people, value creation, and problem-solving. He graduated from the University of Texas and currently resides in Franklin, Tennessee, with his wife and three children. Away from the M&A table, he enjoys fitness, songwriting, and Tuesdays with Tenney Group — a downtown Franklin experiment.
