Steve came to Steam from Access America where he grew their Minneapolis office from two employees to 175 people and $220M in sales within 6 years. Since joining Steam, he has blown those numbers out of the water. In the first year of having a Domestic division at Steam, Steve helped lead the charge to 390 domestic employees and $350M in domestic sales!
Overseeing the sales aspect of Steam, creating a sales culture is his passion! Steve loves doing anything possible to help Steam employees change their lives. "To see someone from a tough background come in and make life changing money and build a business, that is as good as it gets." says Steve.
When he's not busy inspiring the sales team you can find Steve attending his daughter's volleyball games, golfing or traveling to new places.
