Suzie Giroux, is a Product Director for Ryder System, Inc. over the RyderShare visibility and collaboration product. She is responsible for prioritizing customer onboarding across all the business units and managing a talented, customer focused team who launches the product across Ryder’s customer base, covering dedicated, warehouse and transportation management customers. Her team works hand in hand with the product owners in order to deliver a value-added product, all while balancing the speed to market along with quality and high customer satisfaction experiences.
With 14+ years of Supply Chain experience, she has help built a strong career at Ryder beginning in 2009 as an onsite analyst at an aerospace engine plant and since then navigating a variety of roles in the automotive industry. These experiences include; designing the inbound transportation networks for multiple vehicle launches, supporting the management and design of an international supplier network and managing a strong team of engineers and analysts who were responsible for the domestic inbound transportation network for a large key automotive customer for Ryder.
Suzie has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Logistics, Marketing and Business Management, Summa cum laude, from Central Michigan University. She is also no stranger to competitive teams and organizations as in addition to her studies she played D1 collegiate softball.
