Ty Findley is a Co-founder and General Partner for digital industrial venture capital fund, Ironspring Ventures, where he leads investments in innovative companies changing the way our world designs, builds, distributes, and operates sustainably within legacy industries. As both an operator and investor, he brings a decade of digital industrial experience from his time at Boeing, GE Ventures, and Pritzker Group Venture Capital supporting innovative companies, including FreightWaves, Project44, Plus One Robotics, among others. He is also a member of the Kauffman Fellows venture capital program.
Ty graduated from Baylor University with a B.S. in mechanical engineering, where he was also a letterman member of the football team and a senior captain. He earned his M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management.
