Vernon O’Donnell is the Chief Product and Services Officer at project44, the leader in supply chain visibility. In his role, Vernon oversees cross-functional teams committed to deliver the best possible experiences to project44’s customer community. He is also responsible for product vision, strategy, and delivery for our customers. He joined the company in 2018 as the Chief Customer Officer, where he was in charge of end-to-end customer lifecycle, including revenue retention and expansion.
Vernon has vast leadership experience working in customer-centric roles within growing technology companies, assisting them in effectively maturing their customer success strategies. Prior to joining project44, he served as Chief Customer Officer for STATS, a global leader in sports intelligence. Vernon is also a veteran of the United States Army, where he led a public affairs teams serving in Iraq and El Salvador.
