Jim Filter currently serves as Senior Vice President/General Manager for Intermodal and Chief Commercial Officer at Schneider, a premier provider of transportation, intermodal and logistics services. In this position, he oversees Schneider’s Intermodal division, including commercial strategy, sales, customer service, network planning and operations. He also leads the enterprise-wide collaboration between business and commercial leadership teams to advance Schneider’s market position, which includes accountability for sales acceleration, commercial marketing initiatives and Schneider’s operation in Mexico.
