In his 12+ years at Torc, Andrew has been instrumental in guiding the company's strategy towards the commercialization of autonomous vehicles. He believes the fastest way to successful implementation is through collaboration and is responsible for identifying industries that share Torc's mission of saving lives through self-driving technology. Andrew has created purposeful partnerships in markets that include trucking, mobility, mining, construction, and off-road vehicles.
Being a lifelong athlete in multiple sports and martial arts has taught Andrew you are only as successful as your team and has influenced our core value of Winning Teams. He is a frequent speaker who shares how self-driving technology can make transportation more accessible and efficient while improving the safety and quality of life across industries.
Andrew earned a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering degrees from Virginia Tech. He is a Certified SAFe®️ Agilist and a graduate of several professional development programs, including the Stanford Strategic Decision and Risk Management Certificate Program and Contract Law.
