Luke Wachtel has more than 20+ years of experience in the transportation and logistics technology space and serves as Senior Vice President of Transportation & Logistics at Platform Science, responsible for strategic sales, client management, business development, and growth.
Previously, Wachtel was President of Foxtrot Systems, an automated last-mile fleet management ecosystem start-up. Before that, he was Vice President, Transportation & Logistics, for Telogis, a Verizon company. He joined Telogis after it acquired Maptuit, a leader in truck-specific navigation, where he was the Executive Vice President, Sales & Marketing.
Wachtel is a current member of the Institute Board of Governors of the National Private Truck Council and was a 15-year member of American Trucking Associations’ Safety Policy and Technology & Engineering Policy committees. He has a Bachelor of Arts in Russian Studies and Economics from Connecticut College. He currently lives outside of Boston in Nahant, Mass.
