Forward’s OTR LTL division is the legacy offering at Forward, boasting best-in-industry retention as a result of an excellent quality of life for drivers in the division. OTR LTL drivers have the luxury of running terminal to terminal across our 96 locations nationwide with no customer interaction, drop and hook, no touch freight, best in industry miles, and with loads averaging less than 26,000 pounds. Our Truckload Services (TLS) group runs customer to customer, drop and hook, no touch freight. TLS offers consistent miles for solos and teams interested in running east of I-35. Forward Pickup & Delivery offers local LTL offerings for drivers that are looking to be home every day and provide final mile deliveries.
