Home Delivery Booking and Homeowner Scheduling
1) Show multiple ways of booking deliveries to include new functionality in Shipper 360 as well as our ability to do a tight integration with a client’s website. Demonstrate how a client can include J.B. Hunt Final Mile delivery and scheduling inside their workflow for a seamless experience for their customers.
2) Show multiple ways of interacting with the end consumer. First, the ability for the client to use our scheduling tools to work directly with their customers, second, our ability to push scheduling tools to the consumer either via text or email for them to do it self-service or third, use our direct integration solution to have consumers schedule the delivery as part of product purchase and checkout.
