Listen as two fuel experts - Scott Berhang and Elaine Levin - discuss the state of fuel markets, and where prices are likely to head in the next several months. They will discuss the essentials of having a good physical fuel buying program, and the important need to have a solid, realistic "hedging" program in place to limit your price risk.

If the Supreme Court decides not to review it, AB5 will immediately go into force. What happens then? Greg Feary of the Scopelitis law firm gives his views on the road ahead.
