Jay Gustafson has been with Echo Global Logistics since March of 2013 and has served as Executive Vice President of Brokerage Operations Since December 2021. In this role, Jay leads Echo's national brokerage operations which support the tens of thousands of carriers and shippers that Echo works with on a daily basis. Additionally, Jay oversees Echo's digital transformation strategy, where he works with internal and external stakeholders to identify areas of opportunity that focus on improved efficiency, increased service levels, strengthened partnerships, and new business opportunities. Prior to his time at Echo, Jay served as the Director of Operations at OpenMile, a tech enabled freight brokerage, which was acquired by Echo in March of 2013.
