Pat is a leader on Blue Yonder’s Transformation Advisory team, specializing in Supply Chain Execution practices. The Transformation Advisory team is a client facing unit that creates and presents financially driven business cases for Blue Yonder clients as part of the value discovery process during the sales cycle. Pat helps clients across the Supply Chain industry by understanding their unique supply chain challenges, assessing the potential impact of Blue Yonder Solutions, and recommending solutions and processes to maximize the return on technology investments.
With 25 years of combined experience as a supply chain leader and practitioner, Pat is a seasoned executive with a strong track record of driving operational excellence and supply chain efficiencies. Pat’s interest in Operations and Supply Chain started very early in his career with Maersk, Inc, where he spent 7 years and worked the front lines as a Superintendent at Maersk’s Long Beach ocean terminal, before shifting to IT roles and solutions development for Maersk Data. He then spent nearly 10 years at Dell Inc. leading Manufacturing Systems (MES) design, development and deployment where he introduced numerous innovative solutions to meet Dell’s massive growth challenges.
Most recently Pat spent 14 years with PepsiCo where he served as Senior Director, Global Logistics responsible for strategy, deployment and continuous improvement of best-in-class supply chain execution technology across the globe. In this role Pat led PepsiCo’s Global Transportation Management (TMS) program where he and his team successfully deployed and supported TMS across 20 of PepsiCo’s largest global business units. He also developed PepsiCo’s Global Warehouse Management (WMS) strategy which aligned all regions on a WMS solutions roadmap and led the initial North America WMS deployment deploying to over 100 sites.
