Working within an agile environment, Baltej manages development of new enhancement features and requests for customers on RyderShare Warehouse. Furthermore, he oversees a team of developers and quality assurance specialists to ensure the platform is operating as expected.
Before joining the RyderShare team, he focused on tailoring warehouse management solutions for customers in all verticals for Ryder. His prior experience allows him to bring a different perspective when it comes to further improving the RyderShare Warehouse platform.
