Alex Winston is an industry leader with extensive experience in tech innovation, M&A, and successfully scaling startups. Alex has counseled dozens of logistics and software companies through numerous pivots, acquisitions and strategic partnerships. Prior to joining Expedite All and Reefer Van Network, Alex served as General Counsel at property/vacation management software collective InhabitIQ, a business he counseled from its first day in operation to its eventual significant investment from Goldman Sachs.
Alex holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Tennessee and graduated cum laude from the University of South Carolina School of Law with a Doctorate of Law. Alex resides with his family in Knoxville, TN.
