Andrew Banfield is Director of Transportation Services for L’Oréal. In his role, Andrew is responsible for L’Oréal North American network analytics, on time delivery and carrier development across all modes. He leads a cross functional team of operations and analytics professionals focused on Delivering the Beauty that Moves the World.
Andrew joined L’Oréal in 2018 as a Senior Manager supporting Transportation Sourcing. After developing the category and building a team to support the function he transitioned back into Operations to lead the Transportation Services group. Prior to L’Oréal, Andrew supported the startup of DHL’s Transportation Brokerage and before that he worked in various roles for Franklin Specialty Transport and CH Robinson Worldwide.
Andrew lives in New Jersey with his wife and serves on the Leadership committee of the Men@L’Oréal DE&I Think Tank and as a Simplicity Champion. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Capital University as well as an MBA from Franklin University both Ohio schools.
