I've been in the logistics and transportation industry 7 years with a background in engineering, optimization, pricing, and sales during my tenure at Kenco Group (2013-2018), James River Carrier (2018-2019), and now Suddath (2020-). Specifically, I have a passion in combining lean principles to the customer's experience - focusing on continuous improvement within the service offering provided.
I geek out over some of Excel's more advanced functions and enjoy creating a compelling map or visual that better tells a story - whether to a client or to a co-worker. I enjoy solving the problem, connecting the dots, defining the value, and then moving to the next thing.
I've had the opportunity to experience the transportation industry from all sides (operations manager, sales, pricing, broker & carrier, business development, engineering/optimization) and enjoy using those experiences to build better service offerings and mentoring others.
