Aqil Naeem is Co-Founder and CEO of E3, where he leads the company's mission to bring AI-driven driver authentication to the freight industry. At 23 years old, he brings a unique combination of deep supply chain industry knowledge and cutting-edge technical expertise to the AI revolution. His connection to logistics started early, working in his father's tire distribution business from age 12. He later graduated from Stanford with a degree in Computer Science, completing the graduate algorithms track as a freshman, and holds a USACO Gold medal and a Google Code Jam Round 2 qualification. Before E3, he founded and led Kaldi through Y Combinator's Winter 2024 batch. He's also a Venture Partner at Orange Collective, an 8VC Fellow, and a Pear Garage Fellow at Pear VC.
