Camila is an early-stage investor and former operator with deep expertise in logistics, fintech, and transformational technologies. She is an Investor at Construct Capital, a $750M AUM venture capital firm focused on backing early-stage companies reinventing foundational industries—like supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, and mobility. Prior to Construct, Camila was a Principal at QED Investors, where she led investments in fintech and embedded finance startups in logistics including Finkargo,, Vixtra, and 40Seas. She was also Head of Operations at Nubank, a publicly trade neobank, where she scaled a 300+ person operations team during hypergrowth, and at Earnin, where she expanded access to financial products. She began her career in strategy roles at BCG and Endeavor, and holds a MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business.
