As Vice President for Digital Brokerage, Cody Griggs leads strategy for C.H. Robinson’s customer and carrier products. She ensures millions of loads are executed seamlessly each year, delivering the smarter, faster service customers expect from the global leader in Lean AI supply chains. In more than 20 years at C.H. Robinson, she has held leadership roles across operations, account management, sales, implementation and process improvement. Cody earned her degree in business marketing and management from Appalachian State University. She serves on the TIA Technology Committee and is passionate about mentoring future women leaders in logistics.
