Dan Gordon is Redwood Logistics’ SVP of Solutions Engineering, working across its Technology and Consulting products. In this role, Dan is afforded the opportunity to work with Shippers, LSPs, and Software Providers, guiding them along an often-daunting path toward an integrated Digital Supply Chain. During each engagement, Dan works with Partners to remove the painful obstacles of a traditional integration strategy, replacing them with flexible, open ecosystems which promote transparency and collaboration.
Dan has worked in the Logistics & Supply Chain space for nearly 20 years, starting in transportation operations at other large 3PLs to sharpen his skillsets before moving on to begin building and growing Redwood’s Managed Transportation & Innovate businesses in 2010. Over the years he has led and grown teams across Freight Operations, Customer Success, Logistics Engineering, Implementation & Integration, and Solutions Engineering. His work has been credited for its contributions to the success of integrated Supply Chains across all verticals and sizes including household names such as Ashley Furniture, Urban Outfitters, Taylor Farms, Honda, Project44… and FreightWaves!
Dan holds a degree in Business Management from the University of Florida where he graduated cum laude in 2006. In his free time, you might find him exploring the outdoors with his wife and dog or standing in front of a grill with his friends and family.
