Danny Frisco is SVP of Strategic Growth at Lean Solutions Group. He joined LSG in 2026 when it acquired Rapido Solutions Group, the nearshore staffing company he co-founded and led as CEO, growing it to roughly 750 employees.
Danny's path to Rapido started in freight brokerage. After earning his B.A. in finance from the University of Iowa, he began his career in carrier sales at Coyote Logistics and later moved into management. He went on to serve as senior carrier sales manager at BlueGrace Logistics, where he helped open the Chicago office and grow the team from three to more than 40 reps. Seeing firsthand how hard it was for logistics companies to hire and retain great talent, he co-founded Rapido to solve that problem.
