Based in Washington DC, David is a Managing Director at DC Advisory, where he focuses on M&A and capital raising for companies in the Transportation, Supply Chain & Logistics Software sectors. He has 13 years of investment banking and M&A advisory experience with a focus on the Enterprise Mobility, Fleet Management, TMS, SCM and Logistics technology sectors. He has completed over 50 debt, equity and M&A transactions totaling more than USD 5 billion.
Prior to joining DC Advisory, David was a Vice President at Updata Advisors, joining the firm in 2008. Previously, he was a Senior Associate in the investment banking group at Bear Stearns & Co. Inc. in New York.
David received an M.B.A. in Finance and Management from Fordham University Graduate School for Business Administration and a B.S. in Finance from George Mason University.
