David Maday is Senior Vice President of Business Development & Product Strategy at Aurora where he is responsible for defining and commercializing the company’s autonomous trucking and ride-hailing products. He is also in charge of developing Aurora’s robust partnership and customer ecosystem to safely and broadly deploy autonomous vehicles, which includes PACCAR, Volvo Autonomous Solutions, Toyota, FedEx, Uber, Uber Freight, Werner, Schneider, and more. Prior to joining Aurora, David was a senior executive at General Motors where he spent over two decades driving the company’s product development efforts with key roles inside of Forecasting, Product Planning, Program Management, Finance, Corporate Development, and Global M&A. At GM, he also led the company’s product planning and market research for Europe and was based in Rüsselsheim, Germany. David has an Executive Education from the Transformation Leadership Program at Stanford University Graduate School of Business, an MBA in Marketing from Wayne State University, and a BA in Finance from Michigan State University.
