Donna Lemm serves as Chief Strategy Officer at IMC Logistics, the largest and most technologically driven drayage provider in the United States. In her role as CSO, she is responsible for driving strategic growth and market expansion. With more than 35 years of experience in global logistics, Ms. Lemm has previously held senior leadership positions at Sealand Services and Mallory Alexander International Logistics. Lemm serves on the Intermodal Association North America Board of Directors and the Agriculture Transportation Coalition Advisory Board. She has recently testified before the Senate Judiciary Committee on cargo theft and in support of the Combating Organized Retail Crime Act (CORCA). She is a national speaker on international supply chain and intermodal issues, providing insights into key challenges and effective solutions.
