Earl Adams Jr. is the Vice President of Public Policy and Regulatory Affairs at PlusAI where he leads the company’s global public affairs and safety advocacy efforts. He also advises on regulatory development as the company partners with global commercial vehicle makers including Scania/MAN/International of TRATON GROUP, Hyundai, and IVECO to bring driverless trucks to market.He previously served as Deputy Administrator and Chief Counsel of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA), where he led efforts to draft autonomous truck safety rules.
