Eric serves as the Director of Carrier Network at Flexport, where he leads end-to-end strategies for the Convoy Platform focused on capacity management, risk management, and carrier performance—spanning sourcing, onboarding, engagement, and experience. Prior to Flexport, he spent 4½ years at Convoy Inc. and nine years at DICK'S Sporting Goods. A Maine native, Eric holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Maine and an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University.
