As CEO Express U.S., I am responsible for all aspects of the country’s International Express business and leading my fellow colleagues who are on the Express U.S. Management Board. I travel weekly to meet and learn from team members and employees around the country, giving my time and attention to ensure everyone understands the critical role they play and value they bring to delivering best-in-class service to our customers – locally and internationally. My focus since starting my role as CEO has been to ensure we are investing in the people and infrastructure needed to ensure growth and quality.I frequently author and contribute my opinion to publications that encourage globalization of business and international trade. I believe businesses of all sizes will benefit by selling to consumers in global markets, and making cross-border trade more efficient will help. To read some of these articles, click the link below. I have been lucky enough to travel with WE to Kenya, India and Ecuador to build schools and medical clinics. When not traveling, I can be found poolside enjoying my new residence in the sunshine state.
